Docshape Service Delivery Policy

Last updated 26 September 2026

Docshape delivers a digital product, not medicines, lab kits, or physical goods.

1. What Docshape delivers

  • Access to the Docshape dashboard and, when you publish, a clinic website on Docshape and/or a connected domain
  • Booking, chart, and related features included in your Docshape plan
  • Transactional email to doctors and patients as configured in Docshape
  • Optional: assistance to attach a custom domain you own, or a domain you bought through Docshape
  • For Global Consult: collection of the prepaid online video consultation fee, booking confirmation, payment confirmation, and meeting access instructions (for example a Google Meet link) for the scheduled slot

2. What Docshape does not deliver

  • Healthcare. Each visit is between patient and clinician
  • A guarantee that a video or in-person visit will occur; Docshape is not the provider. Missed Global Consult slots are handled under the Refund and Cancellation policies
  • Shipping of drugs, devices, or samples

3. When Docshape delivery is complete

Docshape access is delivered when the account can sign in under an active Docshape plan. A site is delivered when it is published or reachable at the URL Docshape provides. Domain delivery means Docshape attempted registrar and DNS setup; registry delays are outside Docshape's full control.

For a paid Global Consult booking, digital delivery is complete when payment is confirmed and meeting access instructions for the scheduled slot have been made available to the patient (on the success page and/or by email). The clinical consult itself is the doctor's service, not a physical shipment from Docshape.

Virtual or in-clinic care remains the Subscriber's service. Docshape and its affiliates do not provide medical services and do not own the clinical practice.
